Q: I've been deleted from your affiliate list. What happened?
A: Sorry about that. There are a multitude of reasons why this could've happened. If your site went on a long hiatus or seemed inactive, it was probably deleted. If your site wasn't getting the necessary 100 hits per day, it was eventually deleted. Most of the time it's the simple reason that NL grows in popularity, and it could start to show how there's an imbalance in the way we affiliate. It would seem that our site was putting out more hits to your site, than yours was to ours. In such a case, we end the affiliation.

Q: I was accepted to be an affiliate, yet my button never appeared on your site.
A: Oops! Sorry about that. Please remind me again, and If it's not up by then please remove our button.

Q: I never received a reply to my affiliate request.
A: Sorry about that, but we get lots of emails a day, so it is hard to keep up with them all. Generally, if you're not accepted or responded to in 72 hours it is sadly a rejection. If you think we accidentally missed your application, feel free to contact us or ask a question at the bottom of the page.

Q: I wasn't accepted.
A: I'm sorry. You can apply again in 1 month at least but keep working on your site! :)

Q: You applied to be affiliates on my site, but my button is not in your pending spot.
A: It is quite frustrating when people  don't reply to your affiliation request in a timely manner. If we applied to be affiliates and you don't see our button, we removed the button. I won't have it pending for more than two weeks. Please apply here, thank you!

Q: You say that the site must be a paid domain, but you have an affiliate that is a sub-domain. Why?
A: Some affiliates were accepted before Neo Luv became a paid site, therefore they do not apply to the rules. However, we will affiliate with sites such as mydomain.anotherdomain.com. It's not that we want you to have to spend money, we just want to make sure that you have reliable bandwidth and no advertisements. That's all. If your site receives over 300 unique hits a day on a non-paid site, we'll add your button, just ask.

Q: Can I just link to your site from mine even if we aren't affiliates?
A: Sure, that's no problem. As long as you use the link buttons we provide for you, you can link back to Neo Luv from anywhere you'd like.

Q: Why don't your link buttons work for Neopets?
A: You have to replace the URL with http://www.neopets.com/~neoluv_com.

Q: Do you affiliate with sites that specialize in Music Codes?
A: No, we do not. I think music on pages is annoying when you're trying to listen to music, and Neopets banned music on the site anyways. Sorry.

Q: What happens if the affiliate is just saying that your its affiliate and you don't know about it?
A: Generally speaking, that is not allowed. You're welcome to link back to Neo Luv, but calling us your affiliate is basically lying and we don't want to be accused of affiliating with any bad sites out there. So, please put us under "Cool Sites" or something like that instead of affiliates.

Q: If we don't have a banner, will you make one for us?
A: Sure we will, that's no problem at all.
