What happened: Neo Shine applied to be affiliates with Neo Luv. After accpting them, shortly after they stole our background images. The background images that "she" made were really just our background with another picture on it and their credit.

Here for: Being staff on Neo Luv and submitting graphics to the site that weren't made by her.
What happened: Due to an anonymous tip from one of our viewers, I investigated the possiblility that Kelsy (staff at Neo Luv) had not truly made the images she submitted to the site. I clearly stated images must be made by YOU only.

Notice the exact sparkle pattern and photobucket account. (Lupeloverdoggy_neopets).

Procedure: I viewed the photobucket account, tried lupeloverdoggy on the Neopet search, contacted the person, and it was her account. I asked her what her name was, and we both agreed that she is definately not Kelsy from Neo Luv. Stolen graphics!

Status: Kelsy was dismissed from further participation in Neo Luv.

What Happened: After rejecting a staff application, she said rude, uncalled for remarks regaurding me, not the site.

I wrote: There’s no need to be rude. Unfortunately, we’ve rejected your staff application. That doesn’t entitle you to say rude things about me. It’s quite immature of you.
I’m sorry if your feelings got hurt over this, but attacking a person you don’t know for reasons that are simply childish is uncalled for.
Please learn some manners. You have been blocked from Neo Luv, and will end up on the Wall of Shame.
