LOGGING IN

To login to your email, first talk to lisa@neo-luv.com and make sure your account is set up.
I should have given you a username and a password if this is the case.

1. Visit http://www.neo-luv.com/webmail and use your username/password given to you.
2. Change your password and settings.
3. Begin sending emails to everyone you know.

AUTO RESPONDERS
Email accounts come with the option to have an auto-resonder.
Basically, when someone sends you an email, it automatically sends them a thank-you mesage or 'I'll get back to you soon.". This setting cannot be edited by you, unfortunately.

1. Visit http://www.neo-luv.com/webmail and login.
2. Send an email to lisa@neo-luv.com with what you would like to have your auto-responder say.
3. I will add your auto responder within one day. You can turn it off at any time by emailing me as well.

EMAIL FORWARDING
I already have an email that I like better. No thanks.
It's no problem! We can forward all messages sent to your NL email to your default email.

1. Send an email to lisa@neo-luv.com and request an email forwarding.
2. Include the email address that you'd like NL to forward all your NL webmail to.
3. Your Email Forwarder will be set up within 24 hours of your request.

Now you can use both your regular email(s) and your Neo Luv email!

PRIVACY POLICY
"I'm concerned. Can't you just log into my account?"
Neo Luv cannot log into your email account once you've changed your password. We cannot view your password, emails, or personal information what-so-ever. Your emails are completely confidential, and it's 100% private.

Staff members are allowed one email account per person.
